USAGE :

  • Stir-fried dishes: Use 20 g (1.5 tablespoons) of Nam Duong Oyster Sauce for 400 g of vegetables after stir-frying with cooking oil. This brings out natural savory flavor, adds an attractive glossy finish, and helps retain the vegetables’ green color and crisp texture—no additional seasoning needed.
  • Braised / marinated / grilled dishes: Use 30 g (2 tablespoons) of Nam Duong Oyster Sauce for 300 g of meat or fish to enhance natural sweetness, add shine, and create tender, juicy, and flavorful dishes.
